When I review this blog, I notice my strange style of writing and the changes which occurred in my thinking while I was in Southern Africa. It has been several months since I returned from Botswana. All the reverse culture shock has passed, though it was quite tough when I returned.
I think often of my time in Botswana and have missed it on many occasions. It was a simple life at Mokolodi and there were many good people. Botswana is a peaceful country blessed with diamonds and wildlife. I would like to return, but only to visit.
As so much time has passed (5 months), I have little more to add than that I plan to return to Africa when I have more training in water resources.
Also I look forward to my upcoming trip to South America (davecasson.blogspot.com).
I already speak more Spanish than I ever managed to speak Setswana.
